My Goals

Step 1-Desire

I would like to improve my Muscular Strength.

Step 2-Belief

I'm steadily improving my strength and working even harder to go beyound what i can do

Step 3-Analyze Where You Are Now

I can currently bench press 100 lbs.

Step 4-Set Realistic Goals

By May 5 I would like to be able to bench press 125 lbs.

Step 5-Write Your Goals in Details

Increase my amount of reps I can bench by 2 or 3 every week for 4 weeks.

Step 6-List The Benifits You Will Recieve

I will look better and feel stronger.

Step 7-Identify Obstacles

Obstacles are the muscle soreness i will have after everyday and fatigue. 

Step 8-Idnetify Knowledge You Will Need

I will need to know

Step 9-Make A Plan of Action

I will have a full upper body workout for two times a week and have a lower body workout for 1 time a week.

Step 10-Make A Timeline

I will take at least 5 weeks for me to reach my goal.

Step 11-Moniter Your Progress

Step 12-Never Give Up

I will not give up because i know i have my family, friends, and teachers behind me motivating me and pushing me to reach my goal.
